I know there can be SO many blocks to achieving your goal of leading your very own training. You wonder to yourself about the planning, the development, the enrollment, and why someone would want to take your training when there are so many others out there. Trust me, I get it! In 2017, I built a virtual training on how to implement trauma-sensitive mindfulness into schools. It started as a supplement to work I was doing with a local school, but it quickly grew into something more.
I developed Therefore I Learn with the desire to help those interested in sharing their gifts with the world to find a platform and community where they are able to do so. Since I’ve already navigated this whole virtual learning world a few times now, I hope to cut through the chaos for trainers and spend time on the details so they can focus on their passions and share their true gifts with others.
Along with training and building this amazing wellness community, I am also a yoga teacher (for adults and children) and a mental health therapist in my community.
When I’m not working, I am usually spending time with my family, spending time outside somewhere with my dogs, rewatching Schitt’s Creek, reading, or practicing yoga myself.

-RYT 200, RCYT
I have been teaching yoga for the better part of a decade and training people as a driving instructor for nearly two. As a yoga teacher and children’s yoga teacher, I have worked with many teachers and students of yoga to help them learn about postures, philosophy, and alignment. As a part of the TIL team, I provide a lot of behind-the-scenes support to those involved with TIL including photography, video editing, and mentorship. I also support our Children’s Yoga Teacher Training programs virtually and in person. When I’m not working, I can be found playing guitar, hanging out with my family, playing chess, or watching funny videos.
