Mindfulness has proven benefits for students and staff, but it is an elusive concept and can be hard to implement. We are here to help!
Live Training - In Person and Virtually
As an adjunct to our teacher training programs, we offer on site training for teachers, school staff, administrators, community workers, therapists and more. Our professional development workshops can provide any of the instruction offered in our modules and can be personalized to your organizational needs. We offer trainings that range from as little as one hour (lunch time trainings are wonderful!) to as long as two or more business days.
We work hard to create memorable, hands on experiences to facilitate professional learning. Each live training includes quality instruction from one of our lead instructors, training manuals personalized to the workshop, and certificates of completion for each participant.
The cost of the training program will be determined after discussing the goals of the training and determining an agenda and length for the training.
Consultation - Individual and Group
We believe that high quality, specialized consultation with experienced, qualified lead teachers can provide educators with imperative support on the road to creating a mindful educational environment. We offer supportive in person and virtual consultation for education professionals looking to implement mindfulness and yoga into their classroom and/or school.
Based on your goals, consultation can be provided in one or multiple sessions, individually or in small groups, and virtually or in person at your school or another location.
School Based Implementation:
Hands on Learning for Hands on Educators
We have been implementing mindfulness and training education professionals since 2017. We engage students and get their buy in using a unique curriculum and genuine interactions. We train education professionals using hands on lessons and language that works for their classroom.
Our school based implementation program is uniquely created to meet the schools needs. Previous and current programs include a mix of: in person lessons for students, professional development for teachers, mentorship with teachers, and family involvement to ensure maximum benefits in the school community. By providing students and teachers with mindfulness education, the students are able to succeed academically and socially.
